IES Expands Commitment to West Coast Industrial Emergency Response Needs

Baton Rouge, LA — Industrial Emergency Services, LLC announced today that it has increased its commitment to serving the West Coast of the United States. The company has initiated registrations and permitting to allow it to undertake for existing and new customers the same emergency response and related safety services that it currently provides in the Mid Continent Region of the U.S. and on the East Coast.

The Company also added industry veteran Tom Henning as West Coast Operations Manager. Tom has over 30 years of emergency management and fire protection engineering experience. He has worked for companies such as the Unocal Corporation, Four Corners Pipeline, ARCO and Williams Fire & Hazard Control.

“This is an exciting day for IES,” said company president Gracia Rosslow. “Over its 13 year history, IES has provided services throughout the United States and overseas, but this investment will allow us to bring an additional level of service to our customers with facilities on the West Coast. We initially expect to undertake rescue standby and training projects for refinery, terminal and pipeline customers and to offer in-plant and on-call emergency response capabilities in the near future. Having someone of Tom’s caliber leading the effort is a big plus for our customers.”
