The Bob Andrews Group, LLC (BAG) is a holding company for the business interests and real estate holdings of Bob Andrews. Additionally, BAG provides high-level corporate support to those business interests, on a cost-shared basis, in the areas of strategy, finance, human resource management, risk management, corporate communications, and marketing. Most importantly, Bob Andrews uses BAG to serve as an incubator for his myriad entrepreneurial ventures, allowing them to be tested for viability before being spun off as separate companies. IES Global Services, LLC (IES Global)

IES Global Services, LLC (IES Global) IES Global Services was founded in 2004 to provide the same quality services provided by its parent company, IES, but in the international market (i.e. outside of the USA). The company was formed originally to segregate IES’ domestic (US) and international business. This move was necessary to accommodate IES receiving a significant contract from Marathon Oil Company for its operations on Bioko Island, Equatorial Guinea (West Africa). That contract is representative of IES Global’s major product line, which provides expatriate staffing at international oil, gas, and chemical facilities. IES Global Services, LLC is wholly owned by Industrial Emergency Services, LLC.

Founded in 1985 as a fire protection engineering firm, PDI provides a full spectrum of fire protection engineering services including sprinkler and fire alarm design, fire and smoke modeling, and performance-based designs offering innovative solutions to complex fire and life-safety challenges.  In addition, PDI provides consulting services for fire, building, and life-safety code compliance, including plans review and the issuance of commodity letters.  PDI also provides government third-party plan review services on behalf of local, state, and federal agencies. In addition to its engineering and consulting services, PDI, through its Permitting Section, assists its clients in negotiating the complex permitting process, managing that process from initial application, through all necessary inspections, to final Certificate-of-Occupancy. PDI is a Texas Registered Engineering Firm (Firm Number F-2816), licensed under the authority of the Texas Board of Professional Engineers (TBPE).
